Hey, I got a used Freeze with no power supply. I was using 9v from a power block and doing OK until I tried putting it on a daisy chain cable, then got the notorious whine all through my chain.

I found a spare power supply that said on the label that it put out 9v with 200ma, so I chose that one, but I’ve put it on my VOM, and it looks like it’s putting out 15 volts.

I tried the Freeze on it, and it works. I just wonder if I should use it like that, or if I need to sag that power supply back down to 10v or 9.6v or something. I do have a little sag box that I could put in there, but if it’s OK with 15v, that would be fewer accessories to be involved.

I guess if I have a question, it is to find out what the MAXIMUM voltage for a Freeze pedal is.
