It works!!! sorry I was so stupid I didn’t change setting from Line in to Mic on my apollo input, once I did it, its working, just sound is quite distorted need to experiment with levels I think. Thanks for your help!

Hi, I’m using UAD Apollo Twin,
I got reply to my email from ehx, but I’m not sure that I understood what to do.
Here is the reply:
“That’s a bit bizarre. It is a balanced input so if the signal is applied to both phases, you will get nothing. I would have a look at the wiring of the cable. As you are using an unbalanced input, the signal needs to go to only one phase. As it is a mic input, it will also need a pretty low level, like maybe 200mV p/p.

I can’t see why this wouldn’t work.”
