I would email ehx customer service and have them mail you the appropriate screws. If it operates and sounds normal, there’s probably nothing wrong with the electronics. Did you look inside?
I know what you are saying, when any product is missing items, it makes you kind of nervous about quality.
January 15, 2010 at 6:02 am in reply to: a looper pedal that allows you to control wet/dry blend with an expression pedal #106436VortexMemberThanks for the information MysticBoo! I guess there is no perfect solution but I might try the products that you mentioned.

something like this would be perfect then
That officially sparked my curiosity. What is that?
VortexMemberAll I have of that list is the Stereo Pulsar
in CM: 9.2cm x 11.7cm
in inches: 3 5/8 in x 4 5/8 in
VortexMembervery cool!!
VortexMemberQuote:The DS-2 have been around since ’87 so I suppose that sound was pretty popular back then…… but the OD-3 is a great sounding overdive… and I’m a big fan of the HM-2, don’t let the name fool you it’s a great Distortion/fuzz, the FZ-2/FZ-3 and SD-1 are cool too. Like all companies they’ve made great and not so great stuff, but they didn’t get where they are today by continually putting out rubbish and their DD series delays are pretty much the most popular compact digital delays ever, for good reason imo.+1 on the HM-2. As you imply, by today’s standards it’s not much of a heavy metal pedal. It does give you a nice thick distortion/fuzz though. One of my favorite pedals in my collection.
VortexMemberQuote:One other thing. Has anyone compared the old school sheet metal Memory Man with the new die-cast version (XO)? Is there a consensus?I think you’ll find that the consensus on this board is that the new XO DMMs are give or take pretty much identical soundwise to the old-style DMMs that were produced before the change. No major difference in sound.
VortexMemberI’m going to have to put one of these on my list!
VortexMemberif the price is right, I might get one to muck around with
VortexMemberI’m pretty new here and this may have been discussed before but how does the XO Stereo Pulsar stack up next to the big box one? I was under the impression that it sounded the same but with added stereo output. Does the big box sound better than the new one?
VortexMemberThanks for your response EH Man. I finally now have had a chance to open it up.
Just need some clarification: The filter capacitors that you speak of are the three large cylindrical shaped components on the board, right? Nothing changes when i jiggle those so it appears the connections are not compromised there.
Here is another clue that might lead to where the problem is: I just discovered that when a guitar is put through the input, the hum is weakened, when there is nothing in the input the hum is louder. Does that narrow anything down?
