So what is the point of having a help/technical questions section at all? It seems like all that goes on here is customers complaining that this isn’t tech support, and moderators complaining that they’re not paid to be tech support. If we’re not allowed to ask questions about the technical aspects of EH pedals here, what exactly is supposed to go on?

Clearly, people log on here thinking they are contacting EH, only to be yelled at by people who don’t work for EH. Exactly. And…if these questions get asked over and over again, I guess your answers aren’t clear enough. Make it clear and simple to dummies like me.

BTW, I know alot of pro players who don’t know alot about their gear. Lets face it tech/gear heads….it doesn’t matter how much you know about your gear as how well you can play your instrument(s). So, don’t sit there with a smug look on your face because you know about the mechanical side of gear…..geez.
