If it would be some sort of reissue of the version with the Series/Parallel switch it would be great, maybe with a bass boost and a tone wicker version to make it extra Deluxe, but I think commercialy for EHX that wouldn’t be a good idea.. But it would be a very diverse big muff if they would do it like that!
ToonsterMemberI mostly agree with Kevin, that would be the way I would do it too. But I always put the Big Muff in front of my overdrive, because that way you get a more different sound when you have them both on.. But that is just a matter of taste of course…
Enjoyed reading your blog by the way, pretty much is my vision on pedalorders too! Could be helpful for lots of people!
ToonsterMemberPersoally I didn’t like the Carbon Copy… Memory Toy sounds great, but I wait choosing untill Deluxe Memory Boy comes in store
ToonsterMemberWell the controls it gives, it would be an very nice and versatile pedal..
ToonsterMemberSorry my post before this one is about the Deluxe Electric Mistress, sorry about the inconvenience
ToonsterMemberI have one too, just for a few weeks now, really great pedal. In Filter Matrix mode its very cool with a big muff.. For the rest very warm sounding, but can be very sharp too:)
ToonsterMemberI thought the Cathedral took it’s place, but might be cool!
ToonsterMemberRats are great but I like the Turbo Rat more personally!

ToonsterMemberI think he is curious about the quality, ease in use or something like that;-)
ToonsterMemberYeah, the effectsloop seems cool for nice freaky delays and the tap-tempo feature is handy too.. Maybe I just have to buy them both some day:P
ToonsterMemberNever had this with EHX, but with some boutique-pedals I have, I have to solder the powersupply plug, because they came loose, maybe that is the problem?
ToonsterMemberWell, I think it is because almost every pedal nowadays are using those plugs, it’s just more easy I think!
