+1 for Companyman’s suggestion.

TheGhostMachinaMemberYou can use the HOG expression modes without an expression pedal. There is a switch in the middle that when pressed (and optionally, held) will go from toe up to toe town position. Hope that helps.

TheGhostMachinaMemberThe HOG’s expression modes are usable as soon as you turn it on. Sounds like a sick little piggy.. Contact EHX customer service:)
TheGhostMachinaMemberInteresting.. I am interested:)

TheGhostMachinaMemberI can confirm what EH Man said. I run my POG2 9v 250ma without any problems:)
TheGhostMachinaMemberJust picked up this issue.. Now I want a MiniSynth!
TheGhostMachinaMemberAh yes, but you can run signal in either direction (an undocumented feature). I was suggesting going into the XLR “output” (frm gtr) and coming out of the 1/4 “input” (frm JDI) to your Wiggler.
Hope that helps;)

TheGhostMachinaMemberI have thought about this as well.. But I don’t own the V256 (yet). I think you’re right about the two gain stages. My Voicebox is pretty hit going into mixer (or my soundcard). Try putting a DI (with pad) in between the two. You’ll need some XLR to 1/4″ TRS adaptors, but it may do the trick.
Let us know how you make out. I plan to get a V256 soon.

TheGhostMachinaMemberI believe the Radial JDI will take a balanced XLR and output a 1/4″ hi-z. You may need an XLR turnaround tho’.

November 7, 2010 at 2:47 pm in reply to: What Electro-Harmonix pedals are worth checking out right away? #112443TheGhostMachinaMemberI love my Pulsar pedal. Got mine used for $40. I run one side to my Mesa Boogie Rocket 4Forty, and the other to my 44Magnum. It can get pretty choppy, but does the slow thing pretty well to. And I’d like to second the Big Muff recommendation. Been rocking the Little Big muff since the spring, and I’m gonna pick up a Big muff with Tone Wicker this week.

You’ll wanna check out the 44 Magnum cause it’s loud, awesome, and easy to fly with. The Stereo Memory Man with Hazari will be my next purchase tho’. Hope that helps!
