The EH ManModerator
Sounds like a bad footswitch
The EH ManModeratorRonsound.com does repairs on older EH gear.
The EH ManModeratorI can’t see the details clearly enough but if you look at the back of the pots, there’s a number that starts with 137. The next 2 numbers are the year the pot was made and the last 2 are the week. That’ll give you a pretty good approximation of when the pedal was made.
The EH ManModeratorCan you post a picture of the inside?

The EH ManModeratorThat one is also a stereo jack. They can be used in either stereo or mono configuration.

The EH ManModeratorLower signal level going in?
The EH ManModeratorThat’s pretty much what happens. You’re sending a boosted signal into another boosted and overloading it. What you need is a box with either 2 volume controls you can switch between or set them up so instead of one being on all the time, you can switch between them.
The EH ManModeratorWhenever I recycle some old electronic device, I cut off the cord and save it for such situations. I’m not picky.
The EH ManModeratorYou can find new ones if you just do a Google search.
The EH ManModeratorI have a lot of literature. Is there anything in particular you’re looking for?
The EH ManModeratorThe MN3008 works only for the Chorus and Doubler. Input is at pin 7, output at pins 3 and 4. Might be bad, might need rebiased (Bias trim is connected at pin . Clock signals at 2 and 6 but the clock’s probably OK since the Flanger is working.
The EH ManModeratorI believe you’ll need to connect the wet output to the wire disappearing under the board. Usually there’s 2 wires from the input: one goes to the circuit board forcing effect in and the other goes to the footswitch.
If the other only has 2 wires to the switch, it may have a bypass relay controlled by the footswitch.
