Sounds like a bad footswitch

I can’t see the details clearly enough but if you look at the back of the pots, there’s a number that starts with 137. The next 2 numbers are the year the pot was made and the last 2 are the week. That’ll give you a pretty good approximation of when the pedal was made.

Lower signal level going in?

Whenever I recycle some old electronic device, I cut off the cord and save it for such situations. I’m not picky.

I have a lot of literature. Is there anything in particular you’re looking for?

I believe you’ll need to connect the wet output to the wire disappearing under the board. Usually there’s 2 wires from the input: one goes to the circuit board forcing effect in and the other goes to the footswitch.

If the other only has 2 wires to the switch, it may have a bypass relay controlled by the footswitch.
