Sounds like it could use an alignment. That’s probably noise from the delay chips not being properly biased or the balance trim not set

The EH ManModeratorI’m assumning the pcb is made and populated in China but is assembled into the chassis in NYC.

The EH ManModeratorWouldn’t hurt to check with EHX. They may fix it for you.
