The EH ManModerator
Never been able to find a schematic for that but here’s some info on it.
The EH ManModeratorIf I remember correctly, ALT switches between the two outputs and ON leaves one output on all the time and turns the other output on/off

The EH ManModeratorI know. Mike assured me last year the forum would return , I assume in working order, but I’m not holding my breath anymore.
The EH ManModeratorYou can use the Triad F-115X. If you don’t need the center tap just tape it up.
The EH ManModeratorIt’s in the list I posted a link to.
The EH ManModeratorThe EHX MKD-350900100 will work for that but any 9vdc, 100mA power supply with a 3.5mm tip positive plug will work.
The EH ManModeratorThe vintage and early reissues used a 1/8″ tip positive plug for power. The newer reissues use a boss-style plug with center negative. That’s pretty much industry standard these days for negative ground effects.

The EH ManModeratorThe correct original adapter for that is the US9DC-500. 9vdc, 500mA, 3.5mm plug with positive tip.
Link to Reverb listing: US9DC-500
The EH ManModeratorThis is the correct power supply for your pedal. Not my listing.
For future reference: 24vdc, 100mA, center positive

The EH ManModeratorIf it’s just a 2 position switch it should be fine. I’d take a meter and check for continuity on the closed contacts.
Was the old switch just not making a good connection? I take them apart and clean the contacts with a pencil eraser. The EH ManModeratorSounds like it could use an alignment. That’s probably noise from the delay chips not being properly biased or the balance trim not set
