no, basically you’ll have separate channels for each string. some breakout boxes are set up w/ 2 channels, some have 6 independent(most dont).
what you could do is, from the breakout box w/ 2 channels, have strings 5&6 run to a splitter that will send part of its signal to your pog and the other part to your normal effects chain with the other 4 strings.

fast and easy option that requires little to no modification to your guitar(depending on the type of bridge you have)

I think this could easily be achieved using a volume pedal with stereo outputs(or any pedal w/ stereo out) but without hexaphonic output guitar (like the godin’s w/ midi) you will never actually completely cut out the sound from your higher strings from your “bass line” and your bass line will still go through your normal signal.
    here’s what I would use

and actually, i used to have the roland gk-2 divided pickup installed on one of my guitars and the gr-20 actually has sounds set up the way you want(E & A strings set to upright bass and the other 4 set to jazz organ).

this is my current board. My last one got stolen in January so i’ve had to rebuild since then.
I’ve spent so much money on pedals that I havent been able to get enough patch cables to connect them all. heres a list of whats on there(the pod will be coming off)
Ibanez DCL, Dano cool cat chorus(CD-1), Double Muff, Boss RC-20xl, Behringer RV600, Vox V810, Rocktek ADR-02, Dano Drive V1, Dinosaur Chorus, Akai Intelliphase, Aria Flanger, Small Clone(90’s), Small Stone(v2), Holy Grail, Big Muff (2002 board), Marshall Jackhammer, Way Huge Fat Sandwich, Ibanez CF-7, Ibanez DE-7, Boss DS-1 Keeley modded, DOD octoplus, Boss PS-5, Dano French Toast, Dwarfkraft Robot Devil, Digitech Digidelay, EB volume, Metal Muff, Peavey Delta Stomp

still need a boss ns-2, digitech synthwah, Deluxe memory man, ross flanger & mxr 10band eq,then my board will be the same as it was before it was stolen

EDIT: just picked up a Holier grail, ibanez CP-5, Carvin TO-1, Dano BLT and Dano Pastrami and a signal flex fs101 all for $40. so those just got added.

okay, i went to GGG and found the wiring layout for the switch. I hooked up the missing lead, problem persists. changed out the cap i believed to be faulty, now it is stuck on its slowest rate. Changed pot with a 1meg i grabbed at the Shack, problem persists.
