Well I received it today and I have reason to believe it is a V4:

-Circuit Board says EH1322
-Pots read 1377817
-Front graphic reads AC OFF ON
-Pots can be positioned in the following positions from left to right (9:00,12:00,3:00)
-2 op-amps visible on board

Now if this isn’t a V4 I don’t know what is
