I gave up and bought another delay.
I’ve send email direct to EHX, too, and they’ve replied I should send it to them. But all that sending, work, possible part changing etc. could cost me more then buying another. It simply wasn’t worth the risk.
Although, if you can get it to official service I would recommend doing it. Then let me know. I beg for knowing the answer.
Hey, you maybe accidently set it too dark. Hold expression button for about two seconds until all of the expression lights turn on. Then rotate rate fully left and try if it helps. If it does, then just press (or maybe hold?) expression button once again to turn the lights off.
