I sent a message to info@newsensor.com and explained to them what I needed and they sent me the instructions. It was $25 and they sent me a Repair Authorization # as well. The person who helped me was named Rik and he was very responsive.
Good luck and let me know here if you were successful
SbkaplanMemberEH just fixed my Q-Tron for a $25 fee, just FYI
Might be easier to send it in than to mess with it and maybe not get it right.
SbkaplanMemberThanks for the suggestion. That actually would have been by next step to lengthen the wires.
However customer service got in touch with me today and said to send in the pedal and $25 and they will fix the pedal if they can. I am sure they will be able to so for that amount of money I’d rather have the pros do it.
SO it is already on the way to them.
Can’t wait to get it back.
SbkaplanMemberLeft 2 messages with customer support number and sent email. No response to any attempted contact.
Any suggestions?
Thank you
SbkaplanMemberOkay I received the new switch and tried to solder it. However the old wires did not have enough slack to go back to the original location. What number or email do I contact to find out if EH can do this for me and at what expense? Thank you
I am looking forward to getting my Q-Tron back, been without it for too long
SbkaplanMemberThank you very Much. I have already ordered the piece.
DO you have a list of service centers/repair centers for pedals also?
Muchas
