    espero haber ayudado

qtron > ring thing stereo out to cathedral stereo in, out in stereo to 2 amps.

You need the proper schematic to know which switch you need, from there, you can buy it from small bear or other places.

Where have you got this information?

EHX told you to buy a compressor?!? have you contacted them?

See the third reply on this forum

The poster doesn’t say that EHX recommended buying the compressor, but that’s where I got the information about EHX claiming the signal cut was “normal”

Then no, EHX never said that it was mandatory to use a compressor. It’s such a shame that you can’t use it 100% like you wanted, but as most said it’s what happens when you use some analog devices: you can’t predict them.

Well, to me seems that at the end of the chain makes more sense. For example: you have a monophonic octaver and then the freeze: you freeze the pitch shifted sound and then you play something using the octaver also. No problem there. But if you put the freeze first then the octaver has to track the freezed part and then also track what you play on top of it, which can confuse the pedal.

this is the place! I don’t own one myself, but I have read, if i recall correctly that at low gain sounds great

    Dear EHX,

I am a guitarist and I use the Big Muff w/tone wicker and a Russian Muff. Recently my apartment building burnt down. They were only able to save a few of my things. Three weeks after the fire they return my stuff to me and what do I see? A beaten and burned big muff. I thought there was little hope of it ever working. On a whim I took it home and plugged it in and IT STILL WORKS! I will always use EHX Pedals from now on. Thanks

Cool story, do you have a pic of it?

Even if it says that you can use it on 4 ohm cabs, you can’t. Try it on 8 ohms and if the problem persists, then it’s the pedal that is broken

To add sustain to the MicroSynth add a compressor pedal like the Soul Preacher.
It adds tons of sustain and evens out your picking to give it a more even keyboard attack.
Almost all the Effectology videos featuring a MicroSynth use a compressor in front of it.

Absolutely. Come to think of it, it would be interesting to see how well the Micro Synth would respond to a signal fed by The Freeze.

That’s a new job for Bill right there :thumb:
