    Well, I bought mine on dec 2008 brand new, and it’s the black version. So give it a try, if it doesn’t work…

    I have opened my BMP several times just because I like to dismantle everything that has screws haha. But one day I read somewhere that you could flip the board, so I did that and now I’m so happy with it. Just take a HUGE care with wires, and when changing the 9v.

    Well, IME, some knobs are removable with your own hands. But I can’t do that w/ my russian BMP… I’ll try that shoelace technique. :)

    Flanger hoax (even tho i have a flanger, and want the stone)
    Small Stone
    Holy Grail
    Carbon Copy/Memory Boy
    Double Muff (I think it’s a little bit underrated)
    Boss Sg-1 (or at least a byoc)
    Digitech Bass chorus (My CEB-3 is good, but not the type of chorus that I was looking for)

    And many more. Lotsa more EHX on my “board”.

    I always thought “I am the only person that makes noise out off a russian Big Muff, a ceb-3 and a dod fx-72, and calls it ‘music'” haha. Nice clip man, right into my mp3 player : D

    Ps: I want a Flanger Hoax, but I don’t have enough money. Also I want tons of ehx pedals ‘n’ stuff, but again I can’t afford them :(.
