Just return it or send it for repair. or you could try unplugging the adapter, then plugging back, check that all the connections are ok, and move all the knobs. if nothing happens then return the unit
SanquiFlerbMemberWell, obviously they’re just abbreviations derivated from their names, for example, BMP stands for “big muff pi” OM – octave multiplexer, and so on. it’s not just an ehx thing, people often abbreviate pedals just by their first letter, like sho (super hard on) TTE (tube tape echo) etc. . they sure are convenient! use them wisely. there is no list.

I got it about 10 years ago for $20, and it really is a great sounding phaser. I recently picked up a Phase 90 for gigs, but nothing sounds as good to me as that old PH-1.
I kind of like both the PH-1 and the small stone. I would use them both, because, even being the same effect they produce a different sweep. The thing is getting things shipped from the us to argentina is a real mess, at least for me, I don’t have a credit card, and here we aren’t used to mailing stuff, so even getting pedals from other cities is already complicated. Sometimes vintage pedals are really overpriced, or are literally impossible to find. But one day I’ll get both PH-1 and an old SS.
what kind of music do you play with those pedals/sg/ebow/slide? anything recorded?

It’s a really nice pedal. It might look like something really tweakeable, but actually it’s very simple, you can get octave, octave+fuzz or just fuzz. from there you can vary those parameters. With it’s own fuzz and flanger it produces nice synth tones. keep in mind that both deluxe OM and the OM are analog and they track just one note at time. You can play chords, but the sound that comes out is really sloppy

Any experiences?? #115703SanquiFlerbMemberI have the 5 knob one, search on youtube “Deluxe Octave Multiplexer EHX” and one demo made by me should come up. I’ll post the link later. If you have any questions, feel free to ask

SanquiFlerbMemberQuote:Quote:Quote:Quote:Nice! how’s that peavey multieffects? I’ve been trying to find one for agesHi, well, I found it on mercadolibre (it’s like ebay), I payed 10 bucks and it’s almost new…
It’s a chorus/flanger/delay, nothing far from other brands. BUT, it has an effect position that is a delay but the repetitions are pitch changing up and down, a really uncommon and cool effect, I haven’t found a place (song) where I can use it.
which mercadolibre? I mean, from where? Why do I miss those offers? damn
I live in Chile, I bought it through mercadolibre.cl, some guys send products to other countries, but if you like something there I can help you, maybe buy it here and send it to your country…
(my peavy effect will be with me until I die, so I could leave it to you after)
I was just asking because I live in Argentina and I have never found in our mercadolibre such a low price as 10 bucks.

SanquiFlerbMemberif you want to merge 2 signals into one and fade in the fx out of the wah, other pedal might do the trick. i think the boss ls-2 is what you want, but i’m not sure if it does what you want. anyways, good luck on that!
SanquiFlerbMemberHi! welcome to this forums, nice to see a nirvana fan arround tell us more about you! introduce yourself!
SanquiFlerbMemberbefore delays and mod. you could put it between, but you’ll freeze just one point of the modulation sweep, and probably you’ll bug the freeze, which would be awesome if done right.
SanquiFlerbMemberFrom what you are saying the Small Stone would fit nicely with the delay. (either that or that i’m listening to hole in my life )
SanquiFlerbMembermod pedals add the original signal plus the modded (effected) signal, so it creates a boost, specially with chorus since it doubles what you play. then distortion amplifies this difference in signal loudness and well, that’s your problem. or at least that’s what happens to me with my chorus, I have a slight boost. I don’t know if you can understand me, but the fx loop is probably a good solution
SanquiFlerbMembervoted, good luck
