Since my earlier post, I got some help in another forum to set up my POG2 for acoustic-electric guitar. Advice was to use the LP filter and dry effect controls to put the effected signal in the background of the dry signal – pretty basic stuff for electric players, no doubt, but it wasn’t obvious to me, an acoustic player. It worked very well. I now have some +1 octave and -1 octave filling out the sound – nice.
Thanks for the quick reply. My guitar combines a B-band undersaddle pickup w/ an internal mic. As I said, it produces a pretty decent acoustic sound straight into my acoustic amp. Based on your and my experience, maybe the POG2 just isn’t suited for use with an acoustic-electric guitar.
