Unfortunately, we were unable to find a workaround to make the Super Switcher’s TS Tap output work with the Timeline’s TRS Exp input. We tried quite a few tricks but nothing seemed to make it want to work. There is a pedal called the Quartz by Selah. It’s a bit of a time and MIDI brain kind of pedal. It might have the ability to take TS tap input and output TRS tap signals. You might want to reach out to Selah to make sure this situation can be accommodated. We cannot recommend modding the Super Switcher.

It’s possible that something went wrong with the file transfer or how you ended up setting up the folder. Try doing this with bank that might not exist yet. For instance, on your unit, there is no BANK14 yet. Copy an existing Bank folder and paste it into the root directory. Do not rename the file yet. Just leave it as BANKxx – COPY for now. Paste your wave files into the folder. Delete the USERBANK.SET file in the new folder. Then open the BANKTMPO.TXT file in your Bank folder. In the line, where it says TEMPO = xxx.xxxxx bpm, write in the BPM number used to create the loops; this will be the default tempo for the loop bank. At this point, rename the folder to BANK14. When you put the SD card back into the unit, and go to BANK14, the MEM light should be lit and the unit should go straight into playback when you hit the Loop A Footswitch. If this still doesn’t work, make sure your .wav file is 16-bit, 44.1kHz.
RL (EHX Staff)MemberHave you tried putting the fuzz after the Switchblade Pro with the SBP engaged?

RL (EHX Staff)MemberQuote:As long as they keep telling me that their online product registration form DOES work and that it’s MY fault, not theirs, I’m not saying one good thing about EHX customer support. It’s quite obviously a validation issue with what the form will and won’t accept and something in my details that it won’t take. It’s been said before that if you enter a load of crap into the form, just random words, that it will often accept it, but won’t take it when properly filled out. I’ve emailed my details to them asking them to enter them manually and they’ve refused to do it because they say the form works and I should ‘reset’ my browser. What ever happened to ‘the customer is always right’? Anyone else would think they stop giving a shit as soon as a unit leaves the shelf.
I am sorry to hear about your experience. No one at EHX implied that it was your fault. Asking you to rest your browser was only a step in troubleshooting the issue. The online registration system was implemented in December and has proven largely trouble-free for the majority of players who have used it. However, it’s obvious from your problem that we are still experiencing some startup issues which we are working hard to resolve.
If you still cannot register online please fill out the registration card that came with your product and mail it to us. If you have any questions please contact us at info@ehx.com
RL (EHX Staff)MemberThere was a small problem with the server receiving this information. Please try again by filling the form with your correct information again. If you still get an error message please send your info to info@ehx.com or mail the warranty card that came with your product.
Thanks

Try to clear your browser’s temporary files and cookies and try again. If you get the same message send an email to info@ehx.com to check if your form was submitted to the database after all.
Thanks
