Je suis jealous.
Awesome collection man!PabloMemberQuote:the closest i’ve got to that sort of sound (with guitar) was using a Zoom Ultra Fuzz… with both the ‘gate’ and ‘resonance’ up quite high.why don’t you just buy a Stylophone?
you can get one for less than £10 from Amazon. (i’ve got one; it’s pretty cool!)Ah this is much is true….but gig wise a stylophone would be demolished in a week.
I might look up the ultra fuzzPabloMemberSweet!
This just makes me want an old plug-in LPB-1 more now though!PabloMemberAlas, this is ridiculous temptation, I love the Electro Harmonix plug-ins, they look awesome and my friend just isn’t for selling his original Muff Fuzz, even though he rarely plays guitar, aghh!
PabloMemberThanks guys!
I’ve got a HOG on loan, so Diego if you come up with something, share the settings here please!
Peace,
Paul.PabloMemberQuote:Air – La Femme D’argentAll the different Fender Rhodes and Moog Synth sounds and FX!

PabloMemberQuote:There are some minor differences in circuitry between the NYC and the LBM Big Muffs. Maybe not enough to cause any concern or even be noticeable depending on which versions of each you have.Definitely go with the Small Clone over the Nano Clone. It sounds sooooo much better.
Oh for defs,
by the by I loved your article on Julia Dee Truchsess.PabloMemberPeter Stroud’s a legend!
I was dragged to a Sheryl Crow concert by my (ex) girlfriend and he was playing in her backing band!
Great player.February 26, 2010 at 10:36 pm in reply to: Mike Matthews hints at a new product: Germanium Muff #107980PabloMemberIf this is to be made,
I’d love to see it with the Germanium OD’s VOLTS control.PabloMemberFan-bloddy-tastic!
Bill, you’re a genius, the telephone trick is fantastic!PabloMemberQuote:I have one of these: the DeVolt.http://www.beavisaudio.com/products/devolt/index.html
Works PERFECTLY. You can get some wild sounds out of things, but I mainly use it for turning a germanium fuzz I have into a fuzz-factory-esque velcro thing.
That things pretty cool. I love that velcro sound the fuzz factory gave…alas I got rid of mine to get the monies together for a gibson melody maker…big mistake.
I might invest in one of those wee devolt boxes.
I’d still like Electro Harmonix to make one, that way it would have an on/off switch.
I could see alot of people buying them. -
