Al final me cojñ un micro POG, y te aseguro que este EHX no suena mal. Todo lo contrario: Suena COJONUDO.
Tracking perfecto y respeta al 100% el tono del bajo (O de la guitarra).

Sorry: I think the trackin it’s about the delay time of the octaved note, and not about the polifonic features.

Yes: the Micro POG is a polifonic pedal, and the Octave Multiplexer is a monofonic pedal…but I still thinking the analog pedals are faster than the digital pedals.
And the other hand, yes: it’s true the digital pedals tuning (or catch) better the note, but a little slower, I think. I’m wrong?

Now, I’m an user of a Micro POG. Yummmm, I love!

I try a Octave Multiplexer, and I think two things:

1-For the bass, and consider the price, I think the Octave Multiplexer it’s enough for obtains an good quality bass octave. At least, for my oppinion, it’s enough the bass octave for the bass, and I don’t need either polifonic sound (in bass)…

2-If you are a bass player…but you play the guitar too, you found the Micro POG much more versatile for multi purpose uses.

With the bass, I remove completely the high octave, and with the guitar, I add a little bit (Eleven O’Clock) of high octave. The bass octave and the direct sound always stay at 3 O’clock and 4 O’clock respectively, with the bass and with the guitar. For this, I found the Micro POG more versatile like the Octave Multiplexer, but both are awesome stomp pedals, and concretely, the Multiplexer offers a fat sound like no one (a little bit muddyer, it’s true).

In relation to the tracking, I found the Micro POG it’s totally impressive…but I think the Octave Multiplexer must more faster than the Micro POG, for the reason of being analog pedal (I think the analogs pedal are fastest. I’m mistaken? Thanks for your wisdom!!!!)

One more time, excuse my poor english…

in reply to: 2 Questions about Memory Boy #101723

Thanx for the answer dmc777. Impossible to be much clear.

    Saludos y abrazos!

    Thanx, Julian!!!

Because I’m spanish (Europe, not South América) I don’t understand 2 words and/or expressions:

-Julian: What is this “MIA” in your expression “He’s been MIA…”?
-Ghost: What is, (and for who is the question?) “i see your joke coming btw…”…I don’t understand “btw”. “between”, perhaps?

Thanks, again! and I wait for the specs, because I don’t know the function of the “Square/Saw switch”.
It’s only for the tremolo? Or it’s also for the chorus? and another question: Julian, humbly I think you are misunderstood (according to the picture of “Euroguitar.com”). The second switch isn’t for the modulation speed, it’s for change between chorus/Tremolo/Exp pedal. I repeat, according the pics of euroguitar (see the page on the upper link I wrote tomorrow). I don’t know absolutely NOTHING…

And the last (I promiss it’s the last!) question: How works the expression pedal? I’m talking about the function: The exp. pedal controls the delay’s speed, or it’s only for the tremolo’s speed?

I’m so sorry for killing you with so much questions. Thanx!!!

in reply to: About auto-Wah into the bass… #98960

The last week I have received from France (Euroguitar) 3 EHX pedals….MMMMMMMMM!!! I’m disturbed of happiness…1 BassBigMuff, 1 Micro POG and 1 BassBalls.

    TOTAL BLISS!!!

For the moment, (I repeat: FOR THE MOMENT, till the next GAS attack) I choose the BassBalls because i know this is a pedal for bass, and I’m afraid by the loose of tone with guitar effects. I’ve watched the video explanation of the Q Tron, and i think the Q Tron sounds a bit treble for the bass, even in the LP mode. I know, I know…I have notice the low quality of the Youtube sound…I wish try by me a Q tron in my Roscoe, and then I stay convinced finally.

I have read about flea has got one Q Tron in his rig, but i think he preserve the signal using more signal paths or other trick what it isn’t affordable (and unknown) for me.

Anyway, I insist: THANKS for yours helps and support, and I’m sorry for my indecission.

And to finishing, a new question about envelope filters:

Somebody knows anything about The ENIGMA?

Date of release, uses and effect…(I supose that is an envelope filter, am I misunderstood?)

    Besos y abrazos from Spain!!!

So I think I wait for “Enigma” (and perhaps for the memory boy too)…

    Somebody knows anything of there???

(One ore time, [not “baby”] ;) excuses for my poor english…)

in reply to: About auto-Wah into the bass… #95772

    Thanks For the answers!!!

There are very usefull for me…

I think the Micro Q Tron is better than the BassBalls, althought is a affair about tastes…

In a few days…my rig will have a Micro Q Tron!!! (as well a Bass Big Muff and a Octave Multiplexer…)

I love the Pog…but it’s very expensive for me till the moment…in the future, perhaps will be mine.
