Thats about AU$2,280. but Here you will pay about AU$4,449…big difference hay.
Ned FlandersModeratorChris Martin Of KINSKI uses EHX:
(Space Drum, Micro Synth, USSR BMP)
Ned FlandersModeratorSo can you use this with your guitar? If so, how does it affect the signal? It definitely has me interested for vocal processing anyways.

a duel rectifier head is £1664 that’s nearly $2500 at the moment. :freak:
you can get a JCM900 Vintage Reissue dual reverb head for under £700
Whats a handwired 100w marshall head worth in the UK?

Ned FlandersModeratorThe thing about marshalls is they aren’t clean like fender amps, that always put me off. They look cool and intimidating though. I like mesa stacks, they sound sick and are probably the only amp distortion I really like.

nano 6-band graphic eqlets hear your idea’s……..because on this forum, ehx are listening!
These two would be cool, only an EHX geek would want a EHX tuner.LOL
I’d like to see the opamp big muff re issued so people get to experience it, of course it would have to be in the original NYC enclosure, none of this XO stuff, big muffs are iconic and to change the enclosure is sacrilege IMO. Me and fender&ehx;forever are probably the only two people that are disappointed that the BMPTW is XO.
Ned FlandersModeratorQuote:Little Big Muff sound is between the NYC and Russian. Wasn’t supposed to be straight up NYC sound.I read somewhere on an EHX blog, website or something like that that the LBM was supposed to sound similar to the ramshead muff. I don’t know if it does because I don’t own a ramshead muff.
Ned FlandersModeratorSame here man, most people play Marshalls.
Ned FlandersModeratorCool, I been meaning to get a LPB and a Muff OD to run into each other.
Ned FlandersModeratorQuote:Quote:I found the XO LBM too boomy on the bass end, I ended up moding it to standard NYC 3003-A specs.is yours V/T/S or S/T/V?
First version, STV. It was fine on a SS amp I have but on my twin reverb it was boomy, kinda like the black russian. I modded the black russian to NYC specs too.LOL From my understanding and the official EHX schematic I have both LBM versions are identical. I have the schematic for the first LBM and I’ve compared both versions via hi-res photographs and I didn’t notice any differences. I could be wrong, its always possible I suppose.
Ned FlandersModeratorI love bass but theres a difference between lots of bass and boomy. When I make effects I always put the maximum amount of bass into them without being boomy. Take the woolly mammoth for instance, it has tons of bass but isn’t even close to being boomy.
Ned FlandersModeratorClips are coming, eventually, I’m gonna be busy today so maybe tonight if not tomorrow morning I’ll get them up.
