Yes there will still be very subtle tonal changes as you adjust the tone knobs, its insignificant IMO.
You can completely bypass the tone stack but its a lot more work.Ned FlandersModeratorTo bypass the tonestack you just remove one end of the 10nF and 22k from ground.
As for the convert diagram, just make any necessary changes.Ned FlandersModeratorThe input jack is also a battery on/off switch so yes it will in almost all pedals.
Ned FlandersModeratorYes,it works both ways.

Oh, and EHX wouldn’t do that to a pedal.Ned FlandersModeratorAll you peeps and your pedal board woes.LOL
Ned FlandersModeratorI really don’t have any transistor info other than the hFE of the stock NYC muff and a few russian part numbers which wont help anyways cause you cant get the same transistors the russians use unless you live in russia likely because the numbers don’t make any sense to us english speaking people. A good replacement is the 2n5089, it has a similar hFE to them and sounds about the same.
One sovtek muff had BC249C (I think that’s what it was) transistors in it, you can find them kind easily enough. Most of the schematics I have are the same as ones found online except I’ve redrawn them but I do have a few that aren’t available on line, I can PM them to you.
Ned FlandersModeratorAs a chorus pedal the small clone is way better but as a noise making machine and a versatile chorus/flanger the polychorus is cool, its worth owning IMO.
Ned FlandersModeratorSo what do you you want exactly?
You can build a green version in a smaller box, GGG has a PCB that will fit in an MXR size box.. the PCB is about $14.Project files

I used to use like 20 pedals but I find using just one is far better and allows more creative time, instead of adjusting pedals all the time I just set the muff and play.
Ned FlandersModeratorIts definitely got two toggles, they intrigue me!!!
Ned FlandersModeratorThats FKD that people do shit like that!
Ned FlandersModeratorI’ll likely get a memory boy when they are released. I aint buying many pedals lately, i have my sound and any other pedals are just for collecting purposes.
