i may be wrong, but if i remember right, it would convert mono audio signal into a simulated stereo signal for record players, radios, ect….

it was more of a piece of stereo equipment than musical audio equipment.

i second this!!! i have been putting off making this a topic myself for about a year now!

the main thing that had stopped me, is just expecting to see it around the next corner all the time, its a no brain er, why is this not in production?!?!

i had spent the last year downsizing all my pedals, most that i use on the board are EHX so that was easy to downsize to the new models, other brand pedals had to make sum substitutions.

this darn poly chorus is the largest eyesore left that i need to downsize!!!

well im not sure what there called, my interest isn’t of the organ verity, but i had owned a Leslie unit once, and it had the same power adapters, its an organ accessory thing.

so sum one had modded the pedals power adapter to work with the organ style adapters.

and the power supply looks like sum personal mach up.

i would take it for repair service and have the standard power jack replaced back in.

i cant comment on between the two pedals as i have never owned them together to compare.

but you can try splitting your signal into two chains, one thrue the effect(s) and the other dry trait to amp.

that will should recover your lost end, but still give you effect, you just have to mix them together with a small pedalboard friendly mixer.

if you find an exact replacement, just place the new one in the location, and copy the wire locations from the original.

if you get a replacement that does not look original, just do a Google search for footswitch wiring, thats what i do.

    its not hard at all!

its just a bad footswitch, i own 2 V1 Small stones and had the same issues (scored them for $20 each because of it!!)

just replace the switch, you can find original “Carling” switches or any type of replacement you prefer to use on Ebay or other places online!

thanx Ron! so helpful and resourceful as usual!

only its about larger amp outputs converted to line level but im assuming it shouldn’t be any different.

also i found the difficulty level on the page amusing, i would rate it simple, but they rated it “moderately challenging” ….lol

they put that warning in the manual, to protect complete idiots from frying there pedals with the wrong power adapters, kinda like a car dealer telling you to only come back here to change your oil, but if you know what your doing (oil type and where it goes -Vs- voltage, polarity, and Ma draw) then you should be fine.

yes, you can power your pedals with a one spot adapter, i have 3 of them for my collection. the only bad thing that could happen is sum pedals dont like to be daisy chained (mostly digital ones, ring thing?) and may make unwanted noise, but it will not damage them at all.

it all depends on your whole setup ect…if it will make noise, i hear a lot of people get unwanted noise from powering there SMMH with other pedals, but i chain mine with a H Stain and a dozen other pedals with no problems at all, you just have to try it out.
