and Ive really been wanting an EHX bag and red t-shirt!Mr.GrimMemberyeah Ive seen pics of both of your partial collections in the past and i am green with envy!
but i have only been “collecting” EHX gear for the past year or so, and for me being in and out of jobs because of the economy in NY these days, 20 EHX pedals is prity good for now, im sure in a few years i will be closer to you guys.
but yeah … they should make a different contest to benefit sum one who doesn’t have much EHX, cant afford it, or never had one and use it to persuade them, then give one to sum one who has an abundance of them all ready.
hell i don’t have a Facebook or myspace account anyway, i hate wasting my life on gossip type crap, this forum is the only place you will find any input from me on the net…..unless i submit a pic threw my wife’s account!

Mr.GrimMemberyes i really like pedalpartsplus.com i build my own pedals and i buy all my enclosures, pots, and switches from them. and i don’t live anywhere near them and they deliver in 3 days every time! and they also accept Paypal (among every other type of payment as well), that i like!
Mr.GrimMemberi use the screaming bird sparingly to make my guitar sound like its on an old recording on a radio or a phonograph or sum thing.
i use the mole to give it more low end for rhythm on hard rock and metal.
and i use the lpb-1 to boost pedals with a volume cut, like my V1 small stone.

anyway, the second post i left was still sum thing to look into with the electro magnetic fields.
Mr.GrimMemberthe noise may also be generated by other electrical items around your setup. electro magnetic fields made by items like washers and dryers, forced air heaters, electrical boxes, fans….ect. may make this happen, try using it in a completely different location and see if that’s the problem, or turn items on and off around you.

no offense but try the search box on the EHX site, it will lead you to forum posts that all ready have the answers.
Mr.GrimMemberi think one question the techs will need to know is if you have the old big box version or the new small XO box?
in my case i have the new XO version and i have not had this problem, so if you to have this one i would take it back or have it repaired.
i have heard rumor of sum people having this issue with the older ones, but i still am not sure if its normal.

Mr.GrimMember1 spot will work fine and it isn’t expensive. i have many many pedals and run 2 1spots for the 9v ones.
people just suggest not to mix digital and analog pedals together in the chain, you could get unwanted noise. for example people complain about the SMMH in a chain power setup, but i personally haven’t had issues with it, so it all trial and error depending on your setup i guess.but with the line up you have a 1spot will be perfect IMO.
