I’ve read through this thread and others, but still can’t get my MIDI In to work on the V256. I originally tried using my Yamaha PSR-270, but that only sends over Channels 1-11. So I have been trying to get it working with my Korg Triton Extreme. I followed the steps listed on page 35 to change the channel to 16 (manual http://www.korg.com/uploads/Support/Ex_OperationGuide_E2_633667497932220000.pdf) I tried using channel 16 with INT, Off, EXT, and EXT2 and nothing worked. Using the INST in works just fine but I would rather be using the Internal Synthesizer with MIDI.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as i have spent hours trying to figure this out.
