I’m loving the Oceans 11… I added it to my church rig last year. The shimmer effect is especially useful. Excellent for filling in single notes and chords whenever we don’t have a keyboard player. It does a ton of other effects very well too. So much so, that I added the Oceans 12 to my pedalboard as well. I’m NOT ashamed. Worship music isn’t all that far removed from shoegaze. Who knew?

The easy DIY cables are nifty, but I’m fairly certain that you won’t find any pros actually using them. Learn to solder, or find a friend that knows how. It’s NOT hard. The soldered cables are nearly bullet proof, and have less noise and better performance. I personally use the better grade Hosa premade cables with the metal connectors. I can’t justify the cost of the esoteric offerings, plus, the Hosa cables guaranteed for life. Back in the day, I tried the George L DIY cables. They were troublesome.
    Just my opinion.

Welcome to the EHX forums. If you’re interested in a recommendation for a good tuner for your pedalboard, I would suggest the Sonic Research Turbo Tuner.

When accuracy is the criteria, it’s simply the best.

Bill’s video demo with the EHX Attack Decay pedal sold me instantly. It is working great quite useful in my church rig. Who knew?

It’s a curiosity that the EHX forum is so neglected. One would think it would be the perfect place for all things EHX. I’m gonna ressurect this old thread. For what it’s worth, I’m needing a loop switcher for my current, and growing church rig. The B9,C9, and Synth 9 are next for the pedalboard. Obviously, we don’t have an official keyboard player, so I was elected for double duty.

    Guitar/bass amps

Pair of Fender Excelsior’s (current rig)
    Mesa Boogie Lone Star Classic
    Peavey Classic 50h
    Peavey Classic Classic 20mh
    Peavey Vypyr 75
    Peavey Vypyr 15
    Fender Mustang V
    Magnatone Starlet
SWR Baby Blue (2 heads/1 combo)
    Kustom Groove 1200h
    Ampeg Portaflex B-15r

I new to using pedals. I just bought a few and was wondering what order I should put them in. I got the tone corset canyon delay the crayon and the electric stereo mistress. Any help would be appreciated

. Generally speaking, your preamp, drive and compression would be first, and delays and modulation efx would be at the end. Check YouTube for plenty of how to videos.
