    They were not listed as including the supplies, so I assume the original owners kept them. I will contact and see if I can return but I assume this is “buyer beware” territory.

    I will try a beefier power supply first, before I venture down that road.

    Didn’t see this till I already posted a different thread – I’m having the exact same problem with my C9, but I bought mine used, online, and it didn’t come with the EHX power supply. Have you always used that power supply exclusively, or have you tried others? My Mel9 works with the power supply brick I have, but the C9 does not. Wondering if I need a refund or a different power supply…
