There is a difference in mine, between the 3 settings.
October 24, 2009 at 2:33 pm in reply to: Memory Boy : Modulation toggle switch not working properly #102644MINGMemberAccording to the manual. There are suppose to be 3 rates.
MODULATION RATE: With nothing plugged into the EXP. PEDAL jack, this switch selects three different modulation rates: CHORUS for a slow rate, EXP. PEDAL for a medium rate and VIBRATO for a fast rate. When an expression pedal is plugged into the EXP. PEDAL jack, the CHORUS and VIBRATO settings remain the same; flipping the switch to the middle position, EXP. PEDAL, allows the expression pedal to control the rate of modulation. The full range of the expression pedal extends past the two rates set by CHORUS and VIBRATO
MINGMemberAs far a Nanos go. I think I only on the Muff OD and LPB-1. Out of those 2??? Hmm… pretty much tied. They are great aa a one, two combo.
MINGMemberI dont have a pic, but if it’s the XO version. It’s lower left corner-ish. If I’m not mistaken.
MINGMemberThanks for the songs.
I’m liking the Memory Boy. I’m not really a delay person either. I ran it side by side with a DMM and SMMw/H.
I had it sounding really close to a DMM. To me, the Memory Boy made the notes a little “fuller” sounding???The control over the modulation is cool. I’m finding on long delays, I prefer vibrato/triangle. On short delays, chorus/triangle.
For the price, I think under a $100. You can’t go wrong.
MINGMemberEHX has always been great and informative.
Fulltone, always, treats me very good.
MINGMemberI’m sure you have, but have you switched the auto/manual sweep?
MINGMembercntry555, what Marshall, Fender and Vox amps have you owned? I just want to get a reference point. Thanks
MINGMemberLay a rag down, so the screwdriver doesn’t scratch the pedal.
MINGMemberMy box is misprinted too.

To me,
I’m hearing the yellow one as being brighter.
The Analogman seems to have a little more hair on it too.
MINGMemberSorry, don’t know what is up with that.
Give it time. There are some pretty “techie” guys around here. That may be able to help.
Have you tried emailing EHX?
MINGMemberVery Nice
MINGMemberWhere are the bias and volts knobs set? When they get too far apart. The pedal will cut out.
Read this thread. Does your problem sound like this? The one stated in the first post.

I may be getting one to push my little Fender Champ 600.I really like my C-600. Great little amp for the cost of a pedal.
If you like the Double Muff in single mode. How about the Muff OD? Since the Double Muff is just 2 Muff ODs.
I’ll sometimes run my LPB-1 –> Muff OD –> C-600. Really gets that amp cooking.
