Some parts are soldered on the back and look original and the parts are of the correct vintage. Others have exposed leads and are wrapped in electrical tape and look too sloppy to come from a manufacturer – but then again ive been surprised before.

I don’t have experience with this old of an EH unit. Its the first one I’ve come across in my travels.

I can supply any info needed and any tips on what to look for much appreciated. My next step is to begin tracing the signal with a scope and see where the distress begins.
