I won’t make the final judgement, but from my viewpoint this is entirely commercial spam and should be deleted. However, I tend to jump the gun way too fast and I’ll let another admin take care of it.

McHavenModeratorThe Micro Q-tron has worked great for me and my bass. However, its developed an intermittent problem where sometimes the input jack goes out.
The SEM and the Small Clone are very different beasts, but really have some great sounds on tap. I’d watch the demos and figure out what you think will be most practical and order that one.

McHavenModeratorIt may not work as well, due to not getting many intervals, but it technically can. The bass also has lots of rich harmonics along with the fundamental note. No bassist I know has one yet, so you may not find a review or a video, so you may have to go check one out in a shop.

As far as my person experience wit the LPB, I purchased one on a whim. I put it at the end of my chain, just as a boost. I play a Jaguar bass into a GK head. It makes a nice overdriven sound when the LPB is kicked on
McHavenModeratorAs I’ve said a million times, if it’s got a 1/4″ input, you can put your bass in it. Its a matter of whether or not it makes the sound you want. Some circuits have a tendency to cut lows, so yeah those don’t work as well, but they still work.
McHavenModeratorBass cabs have a much better handling frequency range. I wouldn’t be concerned about running 4 octaves up from my bass into my cab. Much more of a full spectrum.

Yup, on that one I’m using a Small Stone, at that period I also had a Big Muff, #1 Echo, DEM, and Polychorus on my board, if I remember correctly. The #1 Echo and Polychorus may be on, just very subtle.
