What is the procedure to check the OVERDUB setting on a track on the 95000

I want to make sure it’s on 10 , so i don’t get the extra 2 seconds of silence after i create a loop.

Hi, can someone provide the link or instructions on how I can upgrade my 95000 looper to the newest version.

Also, when creating loops for guitar, after I play the last guitar chord & I stop the loop, when I play it back, the loop has a 2 second silence at the end of my last chord, it makes the loop sound like there is a break before it repeats the loop, I tried Quantize , & even that didn’t work either.

Is there a NEW UTUBE 95000 Looper video worth watching that can explain this procedure . I have created loops on other loopers, no problem.

    I have a feeling it’s my 95000 looper.

I’ve been waiting for day’s from a response from Electro Harmonix

    I would Appreciate some assistance.

After 3 weeks , My 95000 looper experienced the following unresolved problems:

    1) record button sticking, ( may loops do not stop immediately after i record a loop, causing loops to over record my guitar input chords, creating simple loop to sound sloopy

    2) Cannot load an external audio track to play on 95000 (even after I met requirements)

    3) Drum loops are only 4 bars long, how can i use them to record a loop, their too short

    4) One of The LED numbers over the BAR indicator DON’T light up at times, then turns on & off

    5) After erasing an overdub on a track , then when playback of the first loop plays back on the same track causes a silent space before my loop begins to playback , causing the loop to sound like it stopped & started again.

    6) When Erasing recorded guitar tracks on a loop that has the 95000 default drum’s, causes the entire Drum track to erase, why should it erase, the guitar & drums are on separate tracks ?

    7) After creating a loop & recording onto the tracks, when erasing every track (by holding the TRACK button down etc) The old Loop Start/End parameters are still stored within the erased loops, but no audio is on any of the tracks. I know I can also perform the hold the TRACK & UNDO button to possibly clear the old loop start/end parameter, but that procedure also erases the DRUM’s on that loop permanently .

    8) When recording a New loop with Quantize , the 95000 does not Quantize my guitar to the nearest Beat, I’ve tried over & over, If your a fraction of a second off when hitting the RECORD button to end the loop recording, the loop repeats with the guitar recording on the loop to be
in-accurate & sounds like the loop is starting over in the middle of a chord the Quantize on the 95000 does not compensate when creating loops, the way that other looper quantize

I loaded the latest Firmware , Read the Manual 3 times , reached out to other EFX customers on the with similar if not the same issues on the EFX Forum blog & Google .
I followed the EFX tech support advice , & did resolve some smaller issues, but the issues mentioned above are still unresolved, I strongly feel my 95000 has a few malfunctions that cannot easily be resolved.

    Regards

I bought a 95000 looper new & have problems with the following :

    1) record button sticking,

    2) Cannot load an external audio track to play on 95000 (even after I met requirements)

    3) Drum loops are only 4 bars long, how can i use them to record a loop, their too short

    4) One of The LED numbers over the BAR indicator DON’T light up at times, then turns on & off

    5) After erasing an overdub, then playback of the first loop plays back after a silent space , causing the loop to sound bad.

    6) Erasing recorded guitar track loops on a loop with drum’s, causes Drum track also to erase, not easily recoverable.

I reported these problems via email to EHX support & was given explanations like you need to upgrade your firmware or
promised to get back to me with special instructions, , When asked to speak to someone, no one was available, & they never called me back after leaving voice messages & email messages. The tech did respond to my emails a few times during the week, never on weekends. Many of the Answers from the Tech could not resolve the 95000 Machine problems malfunction.

I have noticed that other 95000 looper owners have a few of the same problems, can someone else chime-in to possibly
offer advice on the above issue’s?
