Just emailed the techs if anyone using this switcher has had this happen what did you do?
Live with it?
Did they repair it?
How much did it cost?
How long did it take?
I’m really bummed because this thing checked all the boxes for me.
I just ordered an official EH 9.6vdc adapter in hopes this clears things up. I am still concerned about having a wall wart back in my rig, but if it fixes the Freeze issues I can live with some noise and who knows maybe it will be quiet??
