    thanks to JW at the UK service center, hes asked for it to be shipped to be checked! shipping today (to fill the gap in my board until it returns I also ordered and received an enigma q balls pedal, which im so far prefering to the qtron!)

    Hi, thanks for the reply..
    There is no way to switch the polarity, it is set by the cable… the info says it is centre positive and designed for ehx pedals….
