I have a fairly old and inexpensive MIDI keyboard (Yamaha DGX-300), so I’m not sure if I’m even able to change the MIDI channel, or switch MIDI Omni on or off. All I can do is select either “LocalOn” or “LocalOff.” I think the factory setting is MIDI channel 1.

Does anyone know if I’m missing something here? Or would I have to buy another keyboard to operate on channel 16?
