I have seen a whole series of bad Small Stones Rev. L that didn’t work.
I can tell you that the CA3080 won’t work, because I tried it myself. In the past I have repaired many Small Stones from this series. Most likely you have a bad opamp if the LED and bypass still work.
Have you tried to measure the voltage on the output legs?

Kekke466MemberIt could also just be dust or dirt inside the potmeters, try spraying them with those airspray cans to clean computers. Another way to help it is use some pure alcohol but you’ll have to greasen it up again after with products like Molykot DX or some acid-free grease.
Kekke466MemberNo your pog will not be damaged, if your powersupply is less then 200mA he’ll have trouble supplying your unit to fully work well.
I strongly suggest to use a standalone adapter that can deliver 200mA dedicated to your pog. If you daisychain your pedals up like with a One spot adapter the final current draw of all your pedals could exceed the 1000mA that is the maximum your adapter can give.
If your pedals draw more current this will result in your pedals not working properly and this is not good for the powersupply neither.
Kekke466MemberHello friends,
I just figured it out myself, first use a flat screwdriver to get the sockets of the cables out of place.
Then you just need to plug in the adaptor socket in the back (make sure it’s not connected to the main outlet) and push really hard that it goes to the front. Then you can apply force on the potmeters to push it down. Worked well for me, I’m going to replace the pot now, all pots appear to be 5K B (lineair) except for the pushbutton pot.
Good luck if you break some pots! Make sure you take great care if you align them up with the rest.
If broken I suggest replacing them by alpha 16mm.
I wish ehx still used those unbreakable giant cts guitar pots. My old pedals still have the best feel on that. But I guess it’s all about taking up space these days on pedals boards.
All the best
