It looks like EH-10368 to me, but I might be wrong.
I’ve already searched for EH-1036B too, but nothing comes up.

Any information for the EH10368, when they were introduced etc. ? Were they used in other EHX pedals ? Micro Synth, Y-Triggered Filter, Space Drum, etc used OTAs EH1048 = CA3904.
