Well, I own a vintage EH-4600 Small Clone FULL CHORUS unit (pot code reads: 1378022), purchased at eBay about 11 years ago for about US$100, if I recall correctly.

I had a look into my unit and it has 4 IC chips on it (all socketed), one of those being the “infamous” RETICON chip (SAD1024). Wasn’t this particular chip supposed to be found only in units from 1981 to 1983?! Or maybe mine was produced in 1981, using a pot from 1980 /Week 22?!

In comparison with the pic posted here of the MINI CHORUS unit, mine doesn’t have that green “chiclet type” capacitor on the back side of the PCB.

This unit of mine is in very good condition for its age (I would say 8/10). It just has the usual light scratches from regular use.
