Hog should be before your amp IMO. I have my HOG before all distortion

julianModeratorIs that pedal called the Dr. boobers/
julianModeratorScott’s been busy it seems.

I don’t really know why I need a reverb pedal because I’m not much an ambient guy, but I want that.

Btw they’ve got some shows in the west (but I see you’re in NJ ) and I thought some people would be interested.

julianModeratormy avatar has been switched back to my standard, which is my favorite beer
julianModeratorQuote:Black & Tan is a very good drink indeed. Franziskaner is not really my thing. My favourite beer in the UK is Black Witch, a local Yorkshire brew, with Tolly Cobbold bitter, from Oxford, coming in a close second. Cheers!I’ll have to look out for those. I’ve never heard of them. What kind of beers is Black Witch? By the name I’d guess that it’s a stout. I’m not sure if Tolly Cobbold would be up my alley, I generally have trouble drinking really hoppy beers. I prefer more malty flavors combined and smoother textures (as is probably evident from my selection of favorite beers)
I understand not liking Franziskaner. I kind of think Hell Hefe-Weisse is sort of a girl’s beer. But Dunkel is a nice trade-off.

Fuzz hasn’t announced if they’ve shipped yet or not. They may have shipped, and they may already be in stores. A lot of places have them for sale. So, I’d either await an answer from Fuzz which might take a few days, or just call/email around to some dealers.
September 5, 2009 at 3:57 am in reply to: New Electro Harmonix Cathedral Stereo Reverb Pedal Video #101190julianModeratorThere are a lot of neat features from EH pedals that could probably stand as their own nano pedals.
julianModeratorNo secret weapons here
julianModeratorRepeat control is nice, but there aren’t many with specific control over delay time. Plus rate expression is awesome. I might actually use chorus and vibrato when I get one because I could do speed ramps and such.
julianModeratorIt really comes down to taste. I have my HOG before any gain because I want it to get the cleanest guitar signal it can. Although I think I’m going to throw my next dirt pedal that goes on my board (dirt number 5!) in front of it, just for some different dynamics. Also I want to get a comp to put in front of it.
julianModeratorI think everything but the memory toy is available now
