EHX already probably made a pedal like this, but what about a nano that automatically does volume swells in response to your picking?

they used to make something that did that, which is now incredibly rare and sought after

it’s been a long while since I played a Russian BMP, so I’m not sure. It’s less scooped and less gainy than a Little Big Muff.

I really love the dry blend mode though. It’s really useful for blending two separate fuzz sounds together. Put a really nasty fuzz in front of it that is almost devoid of low end then put it on dry mode with a really dark setting, then you’ll get nasty high end with some low end in there as well.

Every pedal is 100% analog except:

    The Holy series (the reverbs)
the POG, HOG, and Micro POG
the Stereo Memory Man with Hazarai
    the Stereo Electric Mistress
    the 2880
    the 16 second delay

Personally owning an analog synth myself I have to say that the HOG and stereo memory man with hazarai, though digital, are awesome with it. I can get tons of interesting effects I couldn’t get with analog effects.

Either use some electric contact cleaner on it and see if that works or take it back to the store you got it from.

Please tell how’s the Bass Muff for guitar!

I like it in dry mode. The bit of clean makes for a sort of unusual fuzz sound.

I’m pretty sure the filter is analog, the delay is definitely digital, and the dry goes through an all analog path.

    OWN:
    Little Big Muff
    Big Muff with Tone Wicker
    Bass Big Muff
    HOG
    Frequency Analyzer
    SMMH

    OWNED:
Stereo Polyphase (sold because I don’t use phaser in any of my songs)
Stereo Pulsar (sold because I don’t use tremolo in any of my songs)
Stereo Clone Theory (traded because I don’t use chorus/vibrato in any of my songs)
Sovtek Big Muff (green version) (sold because it needed repaired/I needed money)
POG (sold because it was redundant)

I sometimes miss the ones I’ve sold, but for now I’m a guy that’s all about having one pedal board and no other pedals. I think that will change eventually, once I’m not poor.

    I wouldn’t worry either way
the new EHX pedals that use buffers have been very good to me

well to the first question, I don’t think it can, because it has two separate inputs and outputs.

Edit: I’m wrong, it can be used as a signal spltter

from what I gather there isn’t a problem, but other pedals in the chain can cause a problem

From an aesthetic standpoint, I like the big boxes better. But from a utilitarian standpoint, I’m all about the XOs.

Last good book I read was “The Man in the High Castle” by Phillip K. Dick. It takes place in the USA in the 60’s after Germany and Japan won the war. It’s quite wonderful. Many different characters with different viewpoints and backgrounds. There are a few characters that are fascists or racists in the book who are just totally effed up in the head and their perspectives.
