    Yes, this still applies to anyone having a POG2 not saving presets in Europe.
    Please send them to the EH UK office as in the above previous post.

    EHX now has an office in the UK. If you send the POG2 to the following address, I will update the firmware and return it to you free of charge. It will then save its presets. This applies to anyone else in Europe having the same problem.
