As there is no release details for the firmware updates i asked the EHX support about this as well as if there is any hope they’d put a simpler loop deletion in the software.
The answer reads as follows:“The 22500 firmware update does not add features, it only fixes bugs.
If you power up your 22500 and it displays the following “-28-” then you do not need the update, you already have it installed on your unit.”jayropeMemberGood idea to put this into the suggestions. Can you post the thread link?
jayropeMemberEuropean customer service email (not for UK) seems to be info [ at ] musikhof.de – i post this, as i only get an error message, when i try viewing email addresses in this forum – though my Javascript is enabled.
jayropeMemberAlso try using another card (not write protected) instead.
If you find the solution, please post it for future searchers. I really can’t remember how the problem disappeared over here, so kind of just shooting suggestions now.February 23, 2016 at 4:46 pm in reply to: The What Is The Current Draw For That EHX Pedal Thread #121291jayropeMember[strong]The 22500 looper draws 240 mA according to manual.
It’s recommended to use it with the original power supply. [/strong]
i also used it with an ispot, but the 22500 was humming then.jayropeMemberThe SD card, obviously, should NOT be write protected. There is a little shift button at the side of it. You might want to just shift it to the other side. Only eject or reinsert card, when unit is powered off.
jayropeMemberSo we’re two. Who else wishes easier loop deletion?
I entirely stopped using my 22500 now, takes too much time to delete all those jams.
It’s a shame.Bumping this thread.
jayropeMemberThis happened to me, when i first got the 22500, too.
Is the SD card write protected/inserted at all?
Are you using the original power supply? -
