I was afraid you were going to say that — what a buzz kill to have this happen brand new right outta the box!
I’ve never dis-assembled a pedal before — you’re saying loosen/tighten the nuts on the output (or “DSP” what is that?) — obviously I don;t want to mes anything up, but you suggest what exactly w the output?
