    Hi,
Zoom G3 or any other Zoom product anyone?
    Thanks :-)

    Hi,
I guess this pedal is not being properly adjusted in the factory, (usually delay chips are noisy when they deliver more delay time than they’re supposed to, as it happens in cheap analog delay units ie Daphon),

anyway it sounds nice if you don’t push the feedback or delay pots too far (pity!),

I wasn’t sure about selling mine or tempering with inside trimpots, finally I did second thing, wich we’re not suposed to do because you can damage the pedal,

but in my case it went well, now I’m happy with my Poly, a bit of noise in extreme settings but nothing I can’t live with.

    Cheers

I thought so about the cord :).

Yes, I’ve asked my friend to make photos of the board or at least to compare it with the pics of the Modezero link that I posted earlier.

    Thanks a lot guys!

    Ok,
so any idea about year of production and/or value?
Years ago I had one of these, bought and old it for not much more than the newer ones…

Pity there’s not as much historical info about the DEM as there is on the Big Muff…

I knew green colored DEM’s were from about 1978 but I didn’t know models like these ware manufactured in the past and what years, sorry…

I also found this link with pics of the vintage and reissue
    http://www.modezero.com/dlx-mistress.htm

    Anymore ideas, suggestions?
    Thanks a lot
    Best regards

    Hi,
    this post is very old,
anyway because it could help somebody,
I’ll tell you that I had the same problem recently with my Polychorus,
just when I was going to send it to the technician,
I tried it by itself, out of the pedal chain, and the high frequency squeak had dissapeared,
the guilty of the noise was an Artec Tuner Pedal that went away and no squeak since then.
    Best Regards

    Hi,
I’m enjoying a lot the DMB.
Anyway, I’ve noticed a bit of distortion when strumming a clean chord with the delay engaged.
Not much, but it’s a bit annoying.
Anyway, great pedal and very funny with an expression pedal plugged to it!
    Best Regards

Sounds cool Gestaltito, but like the other dude said get them Vocals to slice through there!

My cousin challenged me to do a reggae song and this is what I came up with. Keep in mind the vocals (aside from the chorus) and soloing is entirely improv so bear with it as it is kind of long but I think worth it. It gives you a sample of that spacey reverb on the Voice Box! Take care buddies!

    That’s nice!

    Hi,
I’ve recently recorded some voice tracks using the Voice Box, they’re featured in this song, just as a subtle effect, “High Harmony” mode, maybe a bit hard to notice but effective! I’ve only missed the chance to pan the dry signal and effected one :).

I know what I hate, and I don’t hate this. It’s actually very good. I would just like to hear the vocals (and Voice Box) more.

Don’t be shy, my Spanish friend!

    Hey Thanks a lot! :)

    Hi,
I guess you tried to switch the mic gain and see what happens?
I use mine with a dynamic mic (Shure 58) and I’d swear I have it set for high gain, but I’m not sure, I’ll check out later at home and let you know.

Backing off just a little the tone and volume controls of the guitar can give you a lot more defined sound when using a muff plus a driven tube amp.
    Cheers!

    Is that an Ikea board?

    which case do you use?

    :)
    Hi,
The board I bought it here in Spain in a supermarket called Eroski.
It was intended for holding flowerpots, I cut it so it would fit in the case and gave it some varnish to spare the floor, the pedals and my fingers.
    Total cost 5 euro.
The case I bought it years ago at the LIDL, a budget supermarket very popular around Europe.
It was intended for tools, cost me 20 euro. It’s starting to break so I’ll go for another one briefly.
    Cheers!

Hi! Here’s my current all-electro harmonix pedalboard, intended for shoegaze/ambient/alternative:

Yep, sorry I hadn’t read the instructions, here’s a bit of excerpt:
“All six harmony modes require an instrument
to be played along with your vocal to provide the key information for the
    pitch shifter”.
