well, the chorus effect, takes pitch vibrato and blends it with your dry signal, so in turning up the speed on a chorus pedal will only make a fake, leslie sound, not true pitch vibrato, if u want a cheap pitch vibrato, check out the boss ce-3, if you set it to the stereo mode, pitch vibrato will come out of the A output. But an ehx vibrato pedal would be waaayyy cooler!
HammyWhammyMemberi think you have to watch out with the worm, because in my opinion, only half the sounds are good. If you want it more for the wah and phaser sounds, its great. But the tremolo and vibrato are weak, and lack depth. I wanted to use mine as a tremolo, but i returned it, so beware…
June 5, 2010 at 3:23 pm in reply to: Any thoughts on powering my Russian Big Muff via battery clip to a power chain? #104101HammyWhammyMemberi do that too, but watch out, i just had to bring my green sovtek muff in for a repair, cus the clip broke off the pedal, so be careful, if you move it or at least duct tape the battary clip, secure to the pedal
HammyWhammyMemberthat seems cool, i mean, idk about the metal muff being in there, but definetly the double muff circits in it.
HammyWhammyMemberthanks, just wanted to make sure i wasnt breaking it. already went though enough trouble to get this thing, dont wanna have to do it again.

NEW DELUXE MEMORY MAN IN STEEL CASE #109128HammyWhammyMemberQuote:Has nobody compared the Memory Boy with the Memory Man?? Or compared the two Memory Men (xo vs sheet metal)? I find that hard to believe. Thanks.found this vid on you tube:
HammyWhammyMemberthe big case memory mans are getting extreamly hard to find, even used, they cost a pretty penny
HammyWhammyMembermy fender hot rod deluxe, is just my favorite, although, im curious about a roland jazz chorus, and i really want an orange amp
HammyWhammyMemberto tell you the truth, im not too fond of the fuzz factory, although its versitile, if you arent looking for a noise maker, and just fuzz, thats not the place to look for one. I’d either suggest an mxr fuzz or a devi ever pedal, all their fuzzes sound great
HammyWhammyMemberi think the rt-20 is a great pedal! the uni-vibe sounds r just amazing. maybe swap the dd-20 for a dl4, and also, how do like the re-20? i was thinking about getting one.
HammyWhammyMemberi always found phasers to sound better, when placed before distortion. so that way the distorted tone is preserved but, the phase can still be heard, and since the small stone does have a volume drop, that takes care of the volume drop problem
HammyWhammyMemberthe proguitarshop demo got pretty close, check it out on youtube
HammyWhammyMemberthat would be amazing! i’ve always wanted to play one of those!
HammyWhammyMemberalso, the polychorus’ delay range is only 100 ms, its just for slapback, so if you want chorus and longer delays, get the two seperate, but if you want only slapback and chorus, you’d also get a flanger and a filter matrix thrown in to one pedal
