Thank you Bill! BTW your videos are awesome and inspired me to get the Memory Man, recently the HOG, and I also just ordered the Analogizer.
The volume issue is not horrible but watching VU meters in Pro Tools as well as audibly, it’s softer than clean. Footpedal experiment didn’t improve it either. I don’t own the Micro Synth but it seems like that was for envelope filter effect, which I seem to have enough of in the HOG. I am trying to achieve a cello/standup bass sound at equal volume to my dry signal. Maybe I’ll see how the Analogizer works as a boost, unless anyone has other suggestions. Thanks!
Axis7,
Let us know how it works. I am really interest mostly on getting the Analogizer and the HOG together. I presume the Analogizer will help as a boost before the HOG and as a warmer after it…I may get one for my HOG…
I don’t see why not. Sometimes I find running a darkish sounding overdrive on low gain warms up my HOG’s tone nicely.
A good tube amp helps to warm it up too
Yeah, I have a tube amp and noticed that . Would love to see a video with the analogizer and the HOG, mostly because is it a little more than a overdrive.

I have my eyes on the analogizer but still…I don’t know much about it. I know it can warm a digital delay and be a good overdrive.
But what about a HOG?
I would love to hear the analogizer hooked up to a HOG.
I wonder if the Analogizer would color the tone of my H.O.G. Did anybody tried it? I only hear people using it for delay. What about other digital distortions?
