February 11, 2018 at 5:10 pm in reply to: Please update the EHX 95000 looper to have variable loop lengths: #123580guitar_dudeParticipantAgree 100% !!!!!
guitar_dudeParticipantYeah, amazing no one has been able to figure this one out yet. I haven’t heard any sim (computer or pedal based or piezo pick up etc…) that can turn your electric guitar into a good sounding acoustic guitar. Maybe some day.
guitar_dudeParticipantQuote:Quote:When will this looper pedal be available for purchase in the US?I think they are shipping right now or very soon. I have 1 on order. I was told it should be coming in about a week or 2.
Where did you pre-order yours? I don’t see them anywhere. And they’re not even listed on the main Ehx site yet (other than in the Ehx 2015 catalog).

November 19, 2012 at 5:47 am in reply to: The What Is The Current Draw For That EHX Pedal Thread #118416guitar_dudeParticipantQuote:Hello~~I would likt to konw the current draw of the pular (it’s the old big version, not the stero version)
Thanks~~
Not sure it’s 100% accurate but this site lists it at 15/18 mA. http://stinkfoot.se/archives/856
Lists many other Ehx pedals mA use also.
guitar_dudeParticipantIsn’t the mA use a little low run the Enigma with a Brick? The DC Brick is 55mA per 9v output. Or does the Enigma need only 55mA (or less) to function properly? I thought with the Enigma power supply rated at 200mA it would require a bit more juice to operate properly.
guitar_dudeParticipantThanks Cryabetes. I contacted Ehx to make sure and the Riddle is 10k. In fact I was told a 10k pot expression pedal is the standard for all Ehx pedals, just as you posted.
guitar_dudeParticipantI’m looking for auto wah and other filter type sounds if anybody knows of any settings to achieve this.
guitar_dudeParticipantYeah, has anyone tried the Moog EP-2 with their Ring Thing successfully?
Edit: Nevermind, a search here in the forums proved it does.
guitar_dudeParticipantNM
guitar_dudeParticipantI did a search and found the answer for anyone who also wants to know. https://www.ehx.com/forums/viewthread/322/#4105
Next time I’ll make sure I do a search first.guitar_dudeParticipantedit.
guitar_dudeParticipantThanks for the info. But I’m not 100% sure what you mean by “set up”. Are you saying different guitars & effects can make the tracking on the Microsynth(s) better or worse? I have read a good compressor can improve tracking for example. Anything else that would make tracking better on the Microsynth(s)? Thanks.
