Hi, thanks for putting the Electric Mistress page together…

I have an old 18 volt model, looks almost identical to the V2 from’77 on your site.
My pedal has the ungraduated circles around the controls, pale green coloured board & 18 Volt power.
Mine is pretty rusty and the Electric Mistress logo is more of a solid lime green colour, rather than the darker coloured semi-translucent logo from later (c.1980-on).
I had another one that had the darker logo, this one that I kept sounded a bit ’rounder’ for some reason. I’ll get some pics if you like.
I just can’t see the date codes on the pots…

Yea my next one will have a 3 year warranty, so I probably don’t play metal anymore by the time it will break ;)

    fix it!
    shit happens…
    …just fix it!
I have been using (and mistreating) EHX pedals since I was born.
    I have never had problems.
get another one on pro guitar shop!
Be more “rock and roll”… throw it to Britney Spears!

Or just throw it AT Britney…

I don’t think there are any calibrations for that pedal.
You should be able to make it true-bypass easily enough with a 3PDT and make the power LED an indicator. I’ve done that with other EH pedals
The circuit requires a dual 5v power supply so that makes it a bit more difficult to modify for your country. You may be able to find a tech that can replace the transformer with one that will work. I’d replace that dual voltage regulator as well. It generates a lot of heat and will fail eventually.

Thanks for the reply,Ron. I’ll post a couple of pics of the board too…

OK,I tried to make them smaller using photobucket and they came out a third of the size that I wanted. I don’t know why? It’s too late here, and I’m too tired at the moment.
But there is one blue trimmer on the back of the board itself. I don’t know exactly what that does?
As for the “dual voltage regulator”… I’m assuming that is the grey coloured pair of cans directly under where the main power wires from the transformer attach to the board itself. Correct?

The board is marked EH 1325 B. Is there a schematic for this model?

I got one about mid-way through last year. 4 knob Deluxe with the fuzz ‘slider’ switch.
It all works, which is good. But it’s a bit noisy at the extreme end of either one or two octaves down, even without the fuzz on (not so good). I’ve also got a Muff Fuzz CT wah too,if I need that type of fuzz.So it will probably need a service,or a recalibration.
Has anyone converted a vintage DOM to DC power?

Nice! I still want to find one to compare with those Polish copies :D

I regretfully announce to the connosieurs here that I’m selling my Talking Pedal, via Ebay.
A necessary evil, due to necessary repairs to my car.
    worldwide shipping, 100% feedback,etc.
Probably a link on the Disco Freq site…
    Thanks.

Anybody…?? Or if someone could just tell me if the ‘squelch’ switch is supposed to only have 3 connectors on one side at the back, like the power switch,or two rows of 3? I’d post a photo of my pedal if I could reduce it properly…

    Hi Sean,

I’ve only seen a couple of the Octave Multiplexer Treadles for sale in the past year and they were $499.00 plus shipping.
    Here’s one of them.
    http://www.bostonguitar.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=CTGY&Store_Code=BGWI&Category_Code=VE-EH

I would want $425.00 plus insured shipping going through Paypal.
Same conditions for the Queen Triggered Wah.

Yeah,I saw the one at BG.He doesn’t like answering emails, apparently. $500US + mail is too much anyway,I can get a Bi-Phase controller for less than that. If you can bear with me for a few weeks,I might still be interested in the Octave Muliplexer Treadle. I’ve only just bought a EH MuffFuzz Wah and a vintage EH Hot Tubes,my buying fund is a bit depleted right now.I have another vintage WahFace wah pedal that I’ll auction shortly.I may also pass the Hot Tubes on to a friend if I don’t like it. I also have a couple of bills & some car repairs to cover in the next couple of weeks. If the OM Treadle is still there in another fortnight or so,we can probably work something out for that.
Not really interested in the Queen Triggered Wah,sorry… Thanks for letting me know. I’ll be in touch. Sean

    Hi GM,
    I just caught your post.
I still have the “mintish” Queen Triggered Wah Treadle and a Octave Multiplxer Treadle(“mintish” except for missing feet).
I know they’re rare, but I can’t find much info on the internet.
    Whatcha got in mind?
    nibblegribitz

Hi there nibblegribitz.I don’t have your name, sorry. I might be interested in the Octave Multiplexer Treadle (depends on how much you want,mail,payment,etc..). Can we discuss this privately? I didn’t see a private message icon on the forum page. Thanks for the response! Sean

    Hi,

I recently came across a “mint” Queen Triggered Wah and a Octave Multiplxer Treadle(missing feet) while going through some stuff in my closet.
Any body think I’ll get a good price on ebay?
I just sold a triangle second edition(really clean)Big muff for 500+ and a “mint” rackmount Vocoder for 500+.(thought I might get more for the Vocoder)

    nibblegribitz

Anybody heard from this guy lately?? Or does anybody have a treadle Octave Multiplexer they might want to sell??? Also seeking vintage style replacement feet for EH wahs! I’m sure that I’ve seen some for sale somewhere, can’t remember who may have had them. New Sensor,RonSound and Small Bear don’t have them…. anybody know where some might be found?? Thanks.
