I think eBay is still the best place to buy, just not the best place to sell. The eBay listing fees and PayPal fees are nauseating.

Might I recommend the Germ OD instead of the Fuzz Face.

My wife works for the Orlando Magic, and she’s more into sports than I am. I’m into EHX 1000x more than any sport.
Fender&EHX4everModeratorQuote:Don’t know anything about them and I never see them on eBay either. Is it yours? Not mine, unfortunately. There’s a broken one on eBay now, but it’s being sold as a lot with a bunch of other broken pedals.
Quote:I think there may be some minor revisions to the circuit but nothing I’d consider major. Thanks, EHman. Do you have one?
January 24, 2009 at 4:55 pm in reply to: Which current production EHX pedals do you think will become highly valued in the future? #91611Fender&EHX4everModeratorI’d be curious to know which EHX effects are prized by Chinese collectors. Once the Chinese have an interest in discontinued EHX, Americans will hide their pedals like the French hide their best wine. :poke:

There was one on eBay recently for a great price, and no one bought it: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&item=280302937380
You might email the guy and make an offer on it.
Fender&EHX4everModeratorI’ve never tried the Stereo Pulsar, but I’m crazy about my big box Pulsar. It is so glassy smooth and flexible.
Fender&EHX4everModeratorQuote:Ohhh, i forget… One guitar master said that the EH pedals are noisy. I don’t know that’s true or no…Some EHX pedals are noisy, most are not. But Rock & Roll is noisy. So EHX is good for noisy music.
Fender&EHX4everModeratorQuote:Hey, thanks for those! I just added them to the Bi-Filter page:
https://www.ehx.com/products/bi-filter (see “Additional Info” over to the right)
If you happen to have any other suggestions of more links I should add to this (or any other) EHX page, please let me know! (either here, or via email)
Thanks again! -Scott

This is giving me terrible G.A.S.
Fender&EHX4everModeratorQuote:Just curious — when somebody suggests an album, and if you want to give it a listen, what do you actually do?As for me, I mostly use Rhapsody, and I quite like it.
I look up a few songs on YouTube first. The audio is terrible, but I rarely listen to music based on audio quality. I’m all about the song-writing and the general impression. If I don’t like it lo-fi, chances are I won’t like it hi-fi either.
Fender&EHX4everModeratorQuote:Fender&ehx;, what Bauhaus album would you recommend? I only heard one song of theirs, Bela Lugosi’s Dead, and thought it was quite awesome..Bauhaus are one of those bands that seems to have about as many compilations as they do original studio releases (4 full length, 1 live, and a dozen e.p.s). The compilations are good for gleaning the choice cuts; but if you’re like me, you like to hear the original albums as the artist intended.
In the Flat Field, as melx said, is their first full length album. It’s a total demon of an album, foreboding and grim. Great stuff, though definitely the darkest and heaviest one of their catalogue.
My personal favorite is probably Mask. It shows a lot of their range, from industrial, to new wave, to funk, to ambient. Very creative album.
The Sky’s Gone Out is my second favorite. This album is just plain creepy, and has all the atmosphere of a 1920s German silent film. Their cover of Eno’s “Third Uncle” is brilliant.
If you like Love & Rockets already, Burning from the Inside is Bauhaus’ last, and it reveals the lighter psychedelic seeds of L&R.
