I’m seeing that ehx like most companies are more marketing than quality. Try making something yourselves. Where was this glitchy pedal made?

Thanks for the personaliized customer service. I’ve bought 5 pedals from ehx in the last 8 months. You are losing a fan.

Never mind that method, it doesn’t work either.

Thanks. After about 10 hours I finally figured it out. Quite time consuming to crack the code. I had issues uploading a mono track to mixdown, but I can try again. One could write a tutorial on just how to upload old stuff (new uploads are fairly quick and easy) with so many little things that can go wrong before you figure it out. I feel like knowing how to check if a track is mono or stereo was the thing for me. Google, I know. The thing is I use the internet and the library, so if they are closed I’m on my own. For anyone who is searching info: Click on the track and go to “get info” under “finder” on a mac (I couldn’t find where it says stereo or mono on itunes, but it may) and it will say “1 channel” or “2 channels”. One is mono, two is stereo. You can set your itunes to import mono by going to itunes preferences and “import settings” and change it to import in mono. I’m sure there are other ways, but this is where I am. I suppose that’s why it’s called “performance laboratory”, not “upload all of your old shit station”. Other than that, all this pedal is missing is a pocket pussy. You can quote me on that.

Is it that the mix down track CAN be stereo or MUST be stereo?
