Your Voodoo power supply is a DC supply, so please do not use it.

Spray some into the shaft from the top and open the pedal up and spray some on the back of the switch. It will leach in.
Then push the switch about 10 times in a row to work it in.EHX STAFFKeymasterYes if you first create a stereo track (stereo wav file) that contains right and left tracks and import that.

Try running on battery and try the pedal by itself without other pedals connected.
Also does the noise go away if you turn down the volume control on your guitar.. Just to rule out noise coming in the pickup.
